Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Painters will prepare surfaces, apply primers and coatings, perform finishing work, and maintain consistent quality according to project requirements. Gypsum Carpenters will install gypsum boards, partitions, ceilings, frames, and related interior finishing systems while following measurements and site instructions. Tiles Masons will prepare surfaces, measure and cut tiles, apply suitable adhesives or materials, and install tiles with proper alignment and finishing. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, tool preparation, cleaning, loading, and other general site activities. All workers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, maintain good housekeeping, use tools safely, and comply with workplace safety requirements. Efficient teamwork and attention to workmanship will be important for completing project activities according to schedule.
