Main Duties & Project Responsibilities
TUV Rigger II personnel will assist with safe lifting, rigging, load handling, and material movement while following approved lifting procedures and signals. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, tools, and general project activities. HSE Officers and HSE Supervisors will monitor site safety, identify hazards, conduct inspections, support toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures. Light Drivers will safely transport authorized personnel or materials while following traffic and project rules. Work Permit Receivers will manage permit requirements and ensure work teams understand the conditions and safety controls of approved permits. NDT Coordinators will coordinate non-destructive testing activities, documentation, schedules, and communication between inspection teams and project personnel.
Skills, Experience & Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected position and be able to work within an industrial project environment. TUV Rigger II applicants should understand rigging practices, lifting equipment, load handling, and safe signaling procedures. HSE candidates should have strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk control, PPE, inspections, and site safety practices. Light Drivers should possess suitable driving experience and understand safe vehicle operation. Work Permit Receivers should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and worksite safety controls. NDT Coordinators should understand inspection coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication with testing teams.
