The requirement includes Multi Welders (CS/SS), Welding Foremen, Bolt Torquing Technicians, Mechanical Foremen, Mechanical Fitters, Scaffolders, Standby/Fire Watch personnel, and 4-ton Forklift Operators. Candidates are instructed to come to the office before 08:00 AM with their original passport and complete colour document set. Applicants must also have a Vendor Code and at least 3 months of valid Iqama and Muqeem. Main Duties & Industrial Responsibilities
Multi Welders will perform welding work on carbon steel and stainless steel components while following approved procedures and required quality standards. Welding Foremen will supervise welding crews, coordinate daily activities, monitor workmanship, and ensure safe execution of assigned work. Bolt Torquing Technicians will use appropriate torque equipment to tighten or loosen bolted connections according to specified torque values and approved sequences. Mechanical Foremen will coordinate mechanical workers and supervise maintenance or installation activities, while Mechanical Fitters will handle equipment assembly, dismantling, alignment, repair, and maintenance work. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding under approved safety procedures. Standby/Fire Watch workers will monitor designated work areas for fire or other hazards and maintain emergency readiness. Forklift Operators will safely handle and transport materials using a 4-ton forklift while following site traffic and lifting rules.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and understand the tools, equipment, and safety practices associated with their trade. Multi Welders should be experienced with CS/SS welding, while Welding Foremen need strong welding knowledge and supervisory ability. Bolt Torquing Technicians should understand torque tools, bolted connections, tightening sequences, and equipment safety. Mechanical Foremen and Fitters should possess practical knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance, fitting, alignment, and equipment handling. Scaffolders must understand safe scaffold erection and dismantling procedures. Standby/Fire Watch personnel should be alert and familiar with basic fire prevention and emergency-response requirements. Forklift Operators must have suitable experience operating 4-ton forklifts. All candidates must meet the Vendor Code requirement and maintain at least 3 months of valid Iqama and Muqeem.
