Key Responsibilities

Civil Supervisors oversee daily construction activities, coordinate site teams, ensure work complies with project specifications, monitor safety standards, and maintain project schedules. Civil Foremen supervise workers on-site, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, inspect completed work, and ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are effectively managed to achieve project objectives.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields and a solid understanding of construction procedures and industrial project requirements. Land Surveyors should be proficient in surveying instruments and engineering drawings. Civil Supervisors and Civil Foremen should possess leadership skills, construction planning knowledge, and the ability to coordinate site activities efficiently.
