The requirement includes 600 Helpers, 400 Scaffolders, 100 Pipe Fitters, 85 Piping Foremen, 85 Piping Leadmen, 20 Welding Foremen, 6 E&I Foremen, 50 Multi Pipe Welders, and 50 Multi Welders. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, housekeeping, and general project activities while following workplace safety procedures. Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved procedures, with specific TUV requirements for designated locations. Pipe Fitters will carry out pipe installation, alignment, fitting, and related fabrication activities according to project specifications. Piping Foremen and Leadmen will supervise field teams, coordinate daily work activities, and ensure that piping operations progress according to project requirements. Welding Foremen will supervise welding crews and coordinate fabrication activities, while E&I Foremen will oversee electrical and instrumentation-related field work. Multi Pipe Welders and Multi Welders will perform welding activities using appropriate techniques and maintain required quality and safety standards throughout the project.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have practical industrial experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Supervisory candidates such as Foremen and Leadmen should possess strong knowledge of their respective trades and the ability to coordinate workers efficiently. Pipe Fitters should understand pipe installation, fitting, alignment, and fabrication requirements, while welders should have appropriate multi-process welding experience. Scaffolders assigned to Fadhili must have valid TUV certification, while the AMIRAL Scaffolder requirement includes both TUV and online Chamber. Helpers assigned to AMIRAL require an online Chamber, and employees being mobilized for Jafurah must have Emp. GOSI as specified. All candidates should be physically prepared for industrial work and provide valid documentation before mobilization.
