Job Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Each position carries important responsibilities to support safe and efficient project execution. Helpers assist skilled workers by handling materials, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting daily site operations. Welders (3G/4G) perform structural and pipe welding according to approved welding procedures, engineering drawings, and quality standards while ensuring workplace safety. Electrical Foremen supervise electrical teams, coordinate installations, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations. Fabricators are responsible for reading fabrication drawings, cutting, assembling, and fabricating steel components with precision to meet project requirements. All employees must follow company policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Skills, Experience, and Qualification Requirements

Applicants should possess relevant industrial or construction experience based on the position they are applying for. Welders must have practical experience in 3G/4G welding, while Electrical Foremen should demonstrate leadership skills and previous supervisory experience. Fabricators should be capable of interpreting fabrication drawings and operating fabrication tools safely. Helpers should be physically fit and willing to perform general labor duties.
