Main Responsibilities
Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring safe access and following site safety procedures. Steel Erectors will install and position structural steel components, align members, and assist with safe erection activities according to project requirements. Rigger Level 3 personnel will support lifting operations by preparing loads, securing lifting accessories, and guiding equipment movement safely. Manlift Operators will operate approved elevated work platforms and ensure safe positioning and movement during work at height. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, tools, housekeeping, and general site activities. All workers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, use appropriate safety equipment, and maintain safe working practices throughout the project.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and be capable of working safely in an industrial or construction environment. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices, while Steel Erectors should be familiar with structural steel installation and alignment. Rigger Level 3 candidates should have appropriate knowledge of rigging and lifting operations, and Manlift Operators should have relevant experience operating manlift equipment safely. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting skilled trades and handling materials. Candidates must have an Absher Iqama with at least 3 months’ validity, along with Muqeem, medical, insurance, and Chamber documentation.
