The vacancies include 5 Civil Supervisors at SAR 30 per hour and 2 Surveyors with Instrument Station at SAR 37 per hour. Main Responsibilities
Civil Supervisors will oversee daily civil construction activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, distribute work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures. They may also inspect completed work, coordinate materials and manpower, and report site progress to project management. Surveyors will conduct accurate site measurements and setting-out activities using an instrument station, establish reference points, check elevations and alignments, and provide reliable survey data for construction teams. They may also verify dimensions, maintain survey records, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve discrepancies. Both positions require accuracy, communication, and strong site coordination.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Civil Supervisor applicants should have practical experience in civil construction supervision, workforce coordination, site planning, quality control, and safety procedures. They should be capable of reading construction drawings and monitoring work according to project specifications.
