Al Rwad, Your Partner in Progress, has announced an urgent manpower requirement for 88 positions for a long-term project in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment covers security and crowd management, EHSS, process safety, industrial hygiene, environmental services, rigging, scaffolding, flagging, and confined-space rescue roles. The requirement includes opportunities for both supervisory and technical professionals as well as trained project personnel. Selection will be based on CV review and interview, with mobilization planned immediately or according to project requirements. Candidates with relevant JIGPC experience are preferred, while all applicants must meet the experience, qualification, and certification requirements applicable to their selected position.
Main Responsibilities
Security and Crowd Management Supervisors will coordinate security personnel, manage crowd-control activities, monitor access and movement, and maintain safe and organized site conditions. Security and Crowd Management Personnel will support access control, surveillance, crowd management, and general security duties. The EHSS Trainer will conduct bilingual Bengali safety and environmental training, while the Process Safety Engineer will support process hazard identification, risk management, and process safety compliance. IH Technicians will assist with industrial hygiene monitoring, and Waste Management Technicians will support environmental waste handling and compliance activities. Riggers will assist with safe lifting operations, while the Scaffolding SME will provide specialist guidance on scaffolding activities. Flagmen will control and guide vehicle or equipment movement, and Confined Space Rescuers will support emergency response and rescue operations in confined spaces.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications appropriate to their chosen role. Security candidates should have knowledge of access control, crowd management, communication, and site security procedures. EHSS, process safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental candidates should have appropriate technical backgrounds and practical project experience. Rigger 1 candidates should understand safe lifting and rigging practices, while the Scaffolding SME should have specialist knowledge of scaffolding systems, inspection, and safety requirements. Flagmen should understand safe traffic and equipment movement procedures, and Confined Space Rescuers should have suitable rescue training and certification. JIGPC experience is preferred, although the notice does not state it as mandatory.
