The recruitment includes 40 Scaffolders, 40 Concrete Masons, 15 Block Masons, 15 Plaster Masons, and 25 Helpers, creating a total of 135 vacancies. The offered packages are SAR 3,000 + SAR 300 for the masonry and scaffolding positions, while Helpers are offered SAR 2,200 + SAR 300. Food, accommodation, and transportation will be provided by the company.
Construction Work and Daily Responsibilities
Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while maintaining safe access and working platforms for construction activities. Concrete Masons will support concrete placement, finishing, and related structural work. Block Masons will construct walls and partitions using blocks according to project specifications, while Plaster Masons will prepare surfaces and apply plaster finishes with proper leveling and alignment. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material movement, site preparation, tools, cleaning, and other general construction duties. All workers must follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Skills, Experience and Required Documents
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected trade and be capable of working safely in a construction environment. Skilled workers should understand their respective trade methods, tools, materials, measurements, and quality requirements. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting construction teams with general site activities. The required documents include Absher, Muqeem, Insurance, Medical, and C.R.
