Key Duties and Work Responsibilities

Steel Fixers will cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel according to engineering drawings. General Laborers and Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, loading and unloading, housekeeping, and other site support activities. Block Masons will lay concrete blocks and masonry units with accuracy and quality. General Foremen will supervise daily site operations, coordinate workers, monitor productivity, and ensure all activities comply with project schedules and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant construction experience based on the position they are applying for. Supervisory roles require leadership and team management skills, while skilled trades require practical knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures. General Laborers and Helpers should be physically fit and willing to perform manual work in demanding site conditions. Candidates must have a minimum of two months valid Iqama with a Construction Worker job trade. Applicants are required to bring all color copies of their Iqama, Insurance, Passport-size Photo, and GOSI, along with their Original Passport, which is mandatory for office verification. Applications without the original passport will not be accepted.
