Safety Officer 06 Months & Extendable
A Safety Officer is responsible for supporting safe working practices and maintaining compliance with established health, safety, and environmental requirements at industrial and construction projects. For this opportunity, Aramco-approved Safety Officers are required for a six-month project with the possibility of extension. The successful candidates will help ensure that workers follow approved safety procedures, identify potential hazards, and maintain a safe workplace throughout daily operations. Core Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will monitor work activities and ensure that safety procedures are properly followed at the project site. Responsibilities include identifying unsafe conditions, communicating hazards to workers and supervisors, conducting routine safety observations, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. The officer may also assist with toolbox meetings, safety inspections, permit-related activities, and maintaining appropriate safety documentation. Candidates are expected to remain alert during site operations and immediately report unsafe practices or conditions to the responsible management team.
Required Qualifications & Expertise
Applicants must have relevant experience as a Safety Officer and should hold Aramco approval suitable for the project requirement. Candidates need to have valid employment and identification documents, including a valid Iqama and Muqeem. A valid medical report and passport are also required, together with the remaining standard documents requested for mobilization. Applicants should understand industrial safety practices, communicate effectively with workers and supervisors, and be capable of following project safety standards. Practical site experience and familiarity with Aramco-related safety requirements will be important for this position.
