Rigger Level 3, Mechanical Fitter & Helper

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Rigger Level 3 will assist with lifting and shifting operations, prepare lifting equipment, guide loads safely, and coordinate with crane operators and site teams while following approved lifting procedures. The Mechanical Fitter will carry out mechanical installation, assembly, alignment, dismantling, and maintenance work according to project requirements and safety procedures. Helpers will support skilled workers with material movement, tool preparation, housekeeping, and other general site activities. All employees are expected to follow workplace safety instructions, use appropriate personal protective equipment, maintain good housekeeping, and complete assigned duties efficiently under the direction of supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
