Rigger 1 & Rigger 2 Jobs

TUV Rigger positions play an important role in lifting, shifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment safely at industrial and construction projects. Riggers work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure that loads are properly attached, balanced, guided, and moved according to established safety procedures. For the current requirement in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, Success Co. Ltd. is seeking experienced Rigger Level 2 and Rigger Level 3 workers who hold the required TUV certification. These positions are suitable for candidates who understand lifting operations and can work responsibly in an industrial environment. The role is particularly important because accurate rigging helps prevent equipment damage, load instability, and workplace accidents.

Main Duties and Site Responsibilities

Selected riggers will be responsible for preparing loads for lifting operations and checking lifting accessories before use. Their duties may include attaching slings, shackles, hooks, and other approved lifting equipment according to the weight and type of load. Riggers must ensure that loads are secured correctly and communicate effectively with crane operators through recognized hand signals or other approved communication methods. They may also assist in guiding suspended loads, positioning materials accurately, maintaining safe working distances, and keeping the lifting area organized. Following site safety instructions and cooperating with supervisors will be essential throughout the assignment.

Required Experience, Certification and Knowledge

Applicants should have practical experience in professional rigging and lifting operations appropriate to their level. Candidates applying for the Rigger Level 2 or Level 3 positions must possess a valid TUV certification, as certification is specifically required for this recruitment. A working understanding of lifting equipment, load handling procedures, basic rigging techniques, and workplace safety practices is important. Candidates should also be physically capable of performing site duties and able to follow instructions carefully. A valid Iqama, Muqeem, medical certificate, and original passport are required for the recruitment process. Ajeer registration is mandatory for these positions.
