Key Responsibilities
Manlift Operators will safely operate approved access equipment to lift personnel and materials to elevated work areas while following manufacturer instructions and site safety procedures. They must conduct equipment checks before operation, maintain safe positioning, and coordinate with workers and supervisors around the operating area. Multi Welders will perform welding and fabrication work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Their duties may include preparing joints, selecting suitable welding processes, inspecting weld quality, and maintaining safe welding practices. Flagmen will control and guide the movement of vehicles, equipment, and personnel around active work areas using approved signals and communication methods. All workers must use the required PPE, follow Hadeed Plant safety rules, maintain good housekeeping, and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment problems to supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have relevant practical experience for the position they are applying for. Manlift Operators should be experienced in safe operation of manlift equipment and understand workplace access and lifting safety procedures. Multi Welders should possess practical welding and fabrication skills and be capable of producing quality welds according to project requirements. Flagmen should have good awareness of site traffic, equipment movement, hand signals, and basic safety procedures. Ajeer is mandatory for every position.
