Job Overview
Helpers, Masons, Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) are essential to the successful execution of construction and industrial projects. Helpers assist skilled workers with daily site operations, Masons perform blockwork and finishing activities, Steel Fixers install reinforcing steel structures, Carpenters construct and install formwork, while WPR personnel ensure work permits are properly managed and all tasks comply with workplace safety regulations. Together, these roles contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades. Helpers will transport materials, assist technicians, and maintain clean work areas. Masons will construct walls, apply cement mortar, and complete masonry work. Steel Fixers will install reinforcement bars and steel frameworks according to engineering drawings. Carpenters will prepare and assemble formwork for concrete structures. WPR candidates will manage work permits, coordinate with supervisors, verify safety requirements before work begins, and ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures. All employees must follow company policies and maintain safe working practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for. WPR candidates must possess a valid TUV certification. All applicants must submit a valid Iqama, Passport Copy, Muqeem, Insurance documents, and the Original Passport during recruitment.
