Job Overview

Helpers are an essential part of construction and industrial projects, providing support to skilled workers and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Helpers contribute to maintaining productivity, workplace safety, and smooth project execution while working under the guidance of supervisors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assist technicians and skilled workers with daily construction and maintenance activities, load and unload materials, transport tools and equipment, organize work areas, and maintain site cleanliness. Helpers will also support project teams by performing general labor duties, following supervisors’ instructions, complying with workplace safety regulations, and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Candidates are expected to work efficiently as part of a team and contribute to timely project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should be physically fit and capable of working in construction or industrial environments. Previous experience as a Helper is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama copy and other normal employment documents. An original passport is mandatory during the recruitment process. Applicants should be ready for immediate mobilization and willing to work on a long-term project.
