MFA Contracting Company is urgently recruiting two Aramco-approved Crane Operators for a long-term project in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The vacancy is for operators experienced with 50-ton cranes and is suitable for candidates who can meet the required documentation and project standards. Crane Operators have a critical responsibility on industrial and construction sites, where they safely operate lifting equipment to move, position, and handle heavy materials and equipment. The role demands concentration, technical knowledge, accurate judgment, and strict adherence to lifting and safety procedures. The company will provide Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT), while the final rate will be determined after the required test. Immediate mobilization is expected after successful document submission and processing.
Crane Operation Duties
The selected Crane Operator will be responsible for safely operating a 50-ton crane during lifting and material-handling activities. Daily work may include conducting pre-operation inspections, checking the crane’s operating condition, understanding load requirements, and positioning the equipment appropriately before lifting. The operator must work closely with riggers, signalers, and lifting supervisors and follow approved communication signals throughout each operation. Careful attention should be given to crane capacity, load weight, lifting radius, ground conditions, weather, overhead hazards, and the safety of nearby personnel. The operator should stop work whenever an unsafe condition is identified and immediately report mechanical or operational problems. Proper housekeeping, use of required PPE, and compliance with Aramco and project safety procedures are also essential.

Candidates must have relevant professional experience operating cranes and should meet the employer’s requirement for Aramco approval. Experience with a 50-ton crane is particularly relevant to this vacancy.
