The Crane Operator and Boom Truck Operator positions are for a project in Dammam and are offered on a transfer-base documentation arrangement, while the Tele Handler position is in Jubail and requires normal documents. Rates will be determined after selection, and mobilization is immediate.
Equipment Operation Duties & Site Responsibilities
Crane Operators will operate assigned cranes to lift, move, and position materials according to approved lifting plans and instructions from the responsible lifting team. Boom Truck Operators will safely operate boom-equipped trucks for loading, unloading, lifting, and positioning materials while maintaining awareness of load capacity and surrounding hazards. The Tele Handler Operator will use the machine to transport and position materials safely across the project site, ensuring that loads remain stable and equipment is operated within approved limits. Operators in all categories should conduct pre-operation inspections, check equipment condition, identify hazards, and report defects immediately. They must follow designated routes, exclusion zones, lifting procedures, site instructions, and PPE requirements. Safe communication with riggers, banksmen, supervisors, and other workers is essential during equipment operations.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant practical experience operating the specific equipment for which they are applying. Crane Operators should understand crane controls, load capacities, safe lifting practices, signals, and basic pre-use inspection procedures.
