SRACO Recruitment Workshop for Metal Building Integrated Project is hiring experienced professionals for a major project at Abu Ali Island, Jubail. The recruitment covers management, engineering, supervision, surveying, safety, scaffolding, rigging, quality control, and permit-related positions. Candidates must have relevant experience in Metal Building Integrated Projects and hold a suitable Degree or Diploma. The advertised basic salaries range from SAR 4,000 to SAR 13,000 per month, depending on the position. Project Roles & Key Responsibilities
Construction Managers will oversee overall site execution, coordinate multiple disciplines, manage resources, and monitor progress against project requirements. Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Field Engineers will supervise discipline-specific activities, coordinate technical work, inspect installations, and support site execution. Supervisors will manage field teams and ensure work is performed safely and according to approved procedures. Surveyors will establish accurate site measurements, levels, alignments, and reference points. Safety Officers will monitor hazards and enforce site safety requirements, while Scaffolding Supervisors and Inspectors will oversee safe scaffold erection, inspection, and compliance. Riggers will support lifting operations within the specified load limit. QA/QC Inspectors will conduct discipline-specific inspections and documentation, while Permit Receivers will manage work permits and ensure teams follow approved permit conditions.
Experience, Qualifications & Professional Skills
Applicants should have relevant experience specifically connected with Metal Building Integrated Projects and possess a suitable Degree or Diploma for their field. Engineering candidates should have strong technical knowledge in their respective disciplines and the ability to coordinate site activities. Supervisors should be capable of leading teams and monitoring daily work. Surveyors should understand site measurement and setting-out procedures. Safety and scaffolding professionals should have strong knowledge of workplace safety and inspection requirements. Rigger 3 candidates must be capable of handling loads below 10 tonnes. QA/QC candidates should understand inspection procedures, quality standards, reporting, and documentation. Permit Receivers should be familiar with work permit systems and safe work controls.
