HEBE is urgently recruiting skilled and general workers for a very long-term project at the Jafurah L&T site. The requirement includes Pipe Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Scaffolders, Grindermen, and Helpers, with a total of 75 positions available across the five categories. These workers will support piping, fabrication, scaffolding, grinding, and general construction activities at the project. The company provides food, accommodation, and transportation, while salary payment is scheduled after two months and 10 days. Candidates should have their documents ready and note that the employer will not accept papers without a passport.
Key Responsibilities
Pipe Fabricators will measure, cut, shape, prepare, and assemble pipe sections according to drawings and project specifications. Pipe Fitters will install, align, connect, and support piping systems while following approved procedures. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely according to site requirements. Grindermen will use grinding equipment to prepare, smooth, clean, and finish metal surfaces while following appropriate safety precautions. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, tools, housekeeping, and general site duties under supervision.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected trade and understand basic construction-site safety requirements. Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters should be familiar with piping work, measurements, fittings, tools, and technical instructions. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices and proper handling of scaffolding components. Grindermen should know how to safely operate grinding tools and prepare metal surfaces. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting skilled workers. All applicants must have the required Saudi documentation, including valid Iqama, Muqeem, insurance, and Body Fitness documentation.
