Construction projects rely on skilled workers across masonry, carpentry, painting, and general support activities to maintain progress, quality, and productivity on site. MNC is currently recruiting workers for multiple categories with mobilization scheduled for 13 August 2026. The requirement includes Block Masons, Plaster Masons, Shuttering Carpenters, Ruler Painters, Epoxy Painters, and Helpers. Trades 1 to 5 are required for a long-term project in Jeddah with a Turkey-based company, while the Helper requirement is for Ruma, Riyadh. Most skilled trades offer SAR 13 per hour, with FAT provided by the company, while Helpers receive SAR 2,000 monthly. Candidates should carefully review the requirements and prepare the relevant documents before contacting the supplier.
Main Construction Duties & Responsibilities
Block Masons will construct block walls and related masonry work while maintaining proper alignment, level, measurements, and finishing. Plaster Masons will prepare surfaces and apply plaster accurately to achieve the required thickness and finish. Shuttering Carpenters will construct, install, adjust, and dismantle formwork used for concrete structures while ensuring proper alignment and stability. Ruler Painters will perform painting and finishing work according to project requirements, including surface preparation and achieving an even finish. Epoxy Painters will prepare surfaces and apply epoxy coatings using appropriate techniques and safety procedures. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, cleaning, loading, unloading, and other general site tasks. All workers should follow supervisor instructions, maintain safe work areas, use appropriate PPE, and comply with project safety requirements.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience in their relevant construction trade and understand the tools, materials, and techniques used for the assigned work. Masons should be capable of producing accurate and durable masonry and plaster finishes. Shuttering Carpenters should understand formwork measurements, assembly, support, alignment, and safe dismantling. Ruler and Epoxy Painters should understand surface preparation, coating application, finishing, and proper handling of painting materials. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting site operations and following instructions from skilled workers and supervisors. For trades 1 to 5, candidates should have the required Qiwa contact paper and Chamber documentation. Helper applicants must ensure that their Iqama and insurance validity meet the specified minimum period of 1 month and 20 days in Absher.
