Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will supervise daily activities within their respective trades while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Foremen will assign tasks to workers, monitor productivity, inspect completed work, coordinate with project engineers, maintain quality standards, and enforce workplace safety procedures. They will also ensure materials and equipment are available, resolve site issues, and report daily progress to management.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have at least three years of experience as a Foreman in their respective construction trade. Electrician Foremen should have experience supervising electrical installation and maintenance work. Plumber Foremen must be skilled in plumbing systems and site coordination. Pipe Fitter Foremen should have expertise in industrial piping installation, while Duct Fitter Foremen should be experienced in HVAC duct installation and supervision. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills are essential. Candidates must possess valid Saudi employment documents and be ready for immediate deployment.
