Work Permit Receiver Yanbu and Madinah

Blueglitz Contracting Company has announced an urgent requirement for an Aramco-approved Work Permit Receiver (WPR) for projects in Yanbu and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The position is offered for an initial three-month period with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance. A Work Permit Receiver plays a critical role in industrial and construction environments by ensuring that work activities are carried out under the correct permit conditions and established safety controls. The selected candidate will be expected to understand permit requirements, coordinate with site teams, and ensure that authorized work is performed safely and according to project procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Work Permit Receiver will receive and review approved work permits before activities begin and communicate permit conditions to the relevant work crew. The role involves coordinating with supervisors, safety personnel, and permit authorities to ensure that required precautions are implemented before work starts. The WPR should verify that workers understand the hazards and controls associated with their assigned activities and that work remains within the scope of the approved permit. If conditions change or an unsafe situation develops, the WPR must stop or suspend the activity as required and immediately report the issue to the responsible personnel. Proper permit documentation and communication are essential throughout the project.

Skills and Professional Knowledge

Candidates should have relevant experience as a Work Permit Receiver on industrial or construction projects and must hold Aramco approval as specifically required by the employer. Applicants should understand permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, isolation requirements, PPE, toolbox meetings, and basic site safety procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills are important because the WPR works closely with supervisors, safety teams, workers, and permit authorities. Candidates should be responsible, attentive, and capable of following strict project procedures. Applicants should prepare their resume and complete employment documents for verification before proceeding with recruitment.
