Welding, Rigging, Scaffolding and Helper Jobs
A major recruitment drive is offering more than 370 positions across welding, rigging, scaffolding, and general support categories for projects at Amiral, Fadhili, Jafurah, and Direct Samsung locations. The available positions include helpers, stainless steel and carbon steel multi welders, TUV-certified riggers, and TUV-certified scaffolders. Several welding positions are directly associated with Samsung projects and require JCC certification, while some categories also require valid WQT and JCC documentation. The contracts are expected to continue for more than two years, making these vacancies suitable for candidates seeking relatively long-term project employment in Saudi Arabia. Applicants should carefully match their qualifications with the specific vacancy before applying.
Duties and Responsibilities by Trade
Workers will carry out responsibilities according to their assigned trade and project location. Helpers will provide general support to site teams and assist with material handling and other assigned activities. SS and CS Multi Welders will perform welding and related fabrication work while following project specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Rigger Level 3 personnel will assist with lifting operations, load preparation, signaling, and safe movement of materials under approved procedures. TUV-certified Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding according to site requirements and safety standards. Candidates assigned to room-to-room duties must be prepared to work according to the requirements of their particular project.
Trade Requirements and Necessary Credentials
Applicants should possess relevant practical experience for the position they select and must hold the certifications specified for that vacancy. SS and CS Multi Welder positions require a JCC Card, while selected welding categories additionally require valid WQT and JCC certification. Rigger Level 3 applicants must have TUV certification, and Scaffolder applicants must also hold TUV certification. A valid Iqama, original medical, and original passport are among the required documents. Candidates should bring their original documents to the office for verification and ensure that their certificates remain valid. Applicants must also understand that requirements can differ between positions, so they should confirm the exact documentation needed for their selected category before travelling.
