Key Duties and Work Responsibilities

Spray Painters are responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paint materials, operating spray equipment, and applying protective or decorative coatings to steel structures, equipment, pipelines, and industrial facilities. They must ensure uniform paint coverage, maintain equipment, and comply with safety and quality standards.

Roller Painters prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections before applying primers and finish coats using rollers and brushes. They are responsible for achieving high-quality finishes, maintaining painting tools, and ensuring work complies with project specifications and safety procedures.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
