Scaffolding Inspector, Scaffolding Supervisor, WPR, Cladder & Insulator Jobs

Main Responsibilities and Work Duties

Scaffolding Inspectors will inspect scaffolding structures, check stability, access, components, and safety conditions, and identify issues requiring correction before the scaffold is used. Scaffolding Supervisors will coordinate scaffold crews, oversee erection and dismantling activities, assign duties, monitor progress, and maintain safe working practices. Aramco WPR personnel will manage permit-related activities and ensure work is carried out within approved permit conditions and site safety requirements. Cladders will install protective cladding over insulation systems, while Insulators will prepare and install insulation materials around pipes, equipment, and other industrial structures. All workers must follow project procedures, use appropriate PPE, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other site teams.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their selected discipline and be capable of working safely in industrial project environments. Scaffolding Inspectors and Supervisors should have strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, inspection requirements, safe erection practices, and workforce coordination. WPR applicants must have an Aramco Approval Certificate, and the recruitment notice specifically seeks candidates who have previously worked on Jafurah Phase 1. Cladders and Insulators should have practical experience in insulation and cladding work and must provide the requested CV and employment documents.
