The recruitment includes Scaffolders, Riggers, Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Helpers, Store Assistants, and Carpenters, with a total of 165 vacancies. The listed rates include SAR 14 per hour for Scaffolders, SAR 12 per hour for Riggers, SAR 15 per hour for WPRs, SAR 2,000 plus overtime for Helpers, an amount determined after testing for Store Assistants, and SAR 13 per hour for Carpenters. Food, accommodation, and transportation are provided free by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following safe working-at-height procedures. Riggers will assist with lifting, securing, guiding, and positioning equipment and materials according to approved lifting practices. Work Permit Receivers will coordinate permit-related activities and ensure that work teams operate within approved permit conditions. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, cleaning, tool preparation, and general site activities. Store Assistants will help receive, organize, issue, and record materials, while Carpenters will perform formwork, construction carpentry, and related site duties. All workers must follow supervisor instructions and project safety procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective fields and be capable of working safely in an industrial project environment. Scaffolders and Riggers should understand basic safety requirements associated with their work, while WPR applicants should have suitable knowledge of permit-to-work procedures and site coordination. Store Assistant candidates should be comfortable handling materials and maintaining basic inventory records. Carpenters should have practical construction and formwork experience. Applicants must have a valid Iqama, original Absher document, original passport, and supporting documents ready for verification.
