Scaffolder, Rigger & Helper || Interview 22 August
Al Bayan Global General Contracting Est. has announced very urgent requirements for Scaffolder TUV, Rigger TUV, and Helper positions for the Amirals (NSH) project. All three categories will perform room-to-room duty and are required for a long-term project. The positions are suitable for candidates with relevant site experience who can meet the project’s documentation and Chamber agreement requirements. Scaffolding and rigging personnel are particularly important in industrial projects because they support safe access, material handling, and construction activities, while Helpers provide essential assistance to skilled workers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved procedures and site safety requirements. They must ensure platforms, access points, and working areas are properly secured before use. Riggers will assist with lifting and shifting materials, select appropriate lifting accessories, secure loads, and communicate effectively with lifting teams while following safe rigging practices. Helpers will support skilled workers by handling materials and tools, preparing work areas, maintaining housekeeping, and performing general duties assigned by supervisors. All workers must follow site safety instructions, use appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Skills and Professional Knowledge
Scaffolder candidates should have practical scaffolding experience and the required TUV certification. Rigger candidates must have relevant rigging experience and TUV certification, with a good understanding of safe lifting practices, load handling, and lifting accessories. Helpers should be physically fit, reliable, and capable of following instructions and supporting general site operations. Candidates must have valid Saudi employment documentation and provide Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Visa, Insurance, and Body Fitness documents. A Chamber Agreement is specifically required for this project, and candidates should ensure that their documentation is genuine, valid, and ready for verification before attending the interview.
