Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with approved safety procedures and project specifications. They will ensure scaffolding is stable, properly secured, and safe for workers before use while maintaining compliance with company and site regulations.

The selected candidates will inspect scaffolding materials, identify defects, assist with routine maintenance, and coordinate with supervisors to complete assigned work efficiently. They must strictly follow workplace safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment throughout the project.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have previous experience working as a Scaffolder on industrial or construction projects. A valid TUV certification is required for this position. Candidates should be familiar with scaffolding standards, safe erection and dismantling procedures, and hazard identification.

Applicants must provide a valid Iqama copy, normal employment documents, and an original passport. They should be physically fit, capable of working at heights, and able to perform duties safely while following company safety policies and project requirements.
