Key Duties and Work Responsibilities

A Scaffolder is responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures used in construction and industrial maintenance projects. Daily responsibilities include reading work instructions, erecting scaffolds according to safety regulations, ensuring platforms are secure and stable, inspecting scaffolding before use, and coordinating with supervisors and other trades to maintain a safe work environment. Scaffolders must strictly follow company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working at height.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience in industrial scaffolding and be familiar with international safety standards. Candidates must possess Chamber Registration and Two TUV Certificates (Expired and Valid, or TUV ID Card) as required by the employer.
