Safety Officer, Fabricator, Mason and Construction Jobs

Large industrial projects require a wide range of skilled tradespeople, supervisors, safety professionals, drivers, and support workers to maintain efficient daily operations. Zahra Jaffar Thaifa Contracting Est. is recruiting for numerous positions for a project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The requirement covers safety, fabrication, masonry, scaffolding, driving, material handling, electrical support, steel erection, and general construction activities. The rate for all positions will be determined after the trade test.

Main Duties and Work Responsibilities

Safety Officers will monitor workplace conditions, identify hazards, conduct inspections, and support compliance with project safety requirements, while Fabricators will prepare, assemble, and install pipe and structural components. Masons and Steel Fixers will perform masonry and reinforcement activities, while Grindermen will support grinding, surface preparation, and finishing work. Carpenters will handle construction-related carpentry tasks, and Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely. Store Keepers will manage material receiving, storage, and inventory records, while Time Keepers will maintain attendance and working-hour records. Heavy and Light Drivers will operate assigned vehicles safely. Cable Tray Fitters will support cable tray installation, Steel Erectors will assemble and position steel structures, and Helpers will assist skilled workers with general site activities.

Skills, Experience and Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have practical experience and relevant trade knowledge for the position they are applying for. Safety Officer applicants must specifically have ARAMCO approval, while skilled tradespeople should be familiar with their tools, equipment, materials, and standard workplace procedures. Drivers should have appropriate experience for the assigned vehicle category and follow site driving and safety rules. Store Keepers and Time Keepers should be organized and accurate when maintaining records. All applicants must have a valid ARAMCO Vendor Code, which is stated as mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their trade skills during the required trade test, as the final rate will depend on the test result.
