Al-Aklabi General Contracting Est. is currently recruiting manpower for a project in Jubail, with positions ranging from Helpers and Carpenters to E&I Supervisors, Piping Fitters, Welders, Fabricators, Riggers, and Crane Operators. These opportunities are suitable for candidates with relevant trade experience who can follow site procedures, maintain safety standards, and work effectively as part of a project team.
Main Responsibilities and Work Duties
Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, preparation, and general site activities. E&I Supervisors and Technicians will coordinate and perform electrical and instrumentation work according to project requirements. Steel Fixers, Scaffolders, Carpenters, Masons, and Painters will perform their respective construction and finishing duties. Riggers and Crane Operators will support safe lifting and material movement operations. Piping Fitters, Fabricators, and Welders will handle pipe installation, fabrication, fitting, alignment, and welding activities. All workers must follow supervisor instructions and approved safety procedures.
Required Skills and Trade Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected trade and understand basic industrial safety requirements. Piping professionals should be familiar with pipe fabrication, fitting, welding, alignment, and related tools and equipment. Riggers and Crane Operators must understand safe lifting practices and equipment operation. E&I personnel should have appropriate electrical and instrumentation knowledge, while supervisors must be capable of coordinating manpower and monitoring work progress. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a busy Jubail project environment. Crane Operator candidates will be selected after a test.
