Key Responsibilities
Rigger I personnel will perform lifting and rigging operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting lifting equipment before use, attaching and securing loads correctly, coordinating with crane operators, using proper hand signals, and ensuring safe movement of materials throughout the project. Candidates will also be responsible for following company safety procedures, maintaining worksite discipline, and supporting efficient project operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience as a Rigger I on industrial projects. A valid TUV Card and Chamber Certificate are mandatory for this position. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, load calculations, and workplace safety requirements. Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently under supervision are essential.
