Key Responsibilities

The QA Manager will oversee the project’s quality assurance system, ensuring that procedures, standards, inspections, and quality documentation are properly implemented. The QC Manager will supervise quality-control activities, coordinate inspections, monitor workmanship, and address non-conformities. The HSE Manager will lead health, safety, and environmental activities, including site inspections, hazard control, safety compliance, and incident prevention. The Procurement Engineer will coordinate technical purchasing activities, review material requirements, communicate with suppliers, and help ensure materials and equipment are procured according to project specifications and schedules.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates should have relevant professional experience in their respective fields and strong knowledge of industrial or construction project requirements. QA and QC candidates should understand quality management systems, inspection procedures, documentation, and corrective actions. HSE applicants should have strong knowledge of workplace safety and environmental requirements. Procurement Engineers should understand technical procurement, material specifications, vendor coordination, and project purchasing procedures. Previous Aramco project experience is preferred, although the project itself is specified as non-Aramco.
