Piping Foremen oversee daily field operations, assign tasks to workers, monitor productivity, inspect completed work, and ensure materials and equipment are available for uninterrupted operations. Both roles require effective communication with engineers, project management, and HSE teams to ensure timely and safe project completion.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates should have proven experience in piping construction on industrial or oil and gas projects. Strong knowledge of piping systems, isometric drawings, installation procedures, and construction standards is essential. Supervisory candidates should demonstrate leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities, while Foremen should have practical site management experience. Applicants must possess a valid Iqama, updated CV, passport, Muqeem, and medical report before mobilisation.
