Main Duties and Responsibilities
Piping Supervisors will coordinate piping activities, supervise workers, monitor installation and fabrication work, and ensure that activities follow approved drawings and project procedures. Instrument Supervisors will oversee instrumentation-related activities and coordinate work teams to maintain quality and productivity. Pipe-Fitters will measure, align, assemble, and install piping components according to technical requirements. Spray and Brush Painters will prepare surfaces and apply coatings using the appropriate painting methods. Grindermen will perform grinding and surface-preparation activities while maintaining safe tool operation. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, equipment preparation, and general site duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for and be capable of working safely in an industrial project environment. Supervisors should have strong knowledge of their respective trades, team coordination, work planning, and site procedures. Pipe-Fitters should understand pipe measurement, alignment, fittings, and installation. Helpers should be physically fit and able to follow instructions.
