Pipe Welder, Rigger, Pipe Fitter & Supervisory Staff
Hyba General Contracting Est. is announcing a very urgent manpower requirement for a large-scale, long-term project with multiple opportunities across welding, rigging, piping, scaffolding, general assistance, and supervisory categories. The requirement includes Pipe Welders, Rigger Level III, Pipe Fitters, Helpers, Scaffolders, Piping Foremen, Piping Leadmen, Welding Foremen, E&I Foremen, and Rigging Foremen. Work assignments include Jafurah, Fadhli, and Amiral, while some positions involve room-to-room duty and others include FAT provided by the company. The recruitment offers a high volume of vacancies, including 200 Helper positions in each of two categories and 100 Scaffolder positions. The project is long-term, with payment scheduled 45 days after a verified timesheet.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Pipe Welders will perform multi-process pipe welding, including joint preparation, welding, inspection, and finishing according to approved project procedures and specifications. Rigger Level III personnel will prepare and secure loads, inspect lifting accessories, and support safe lifting operations under established procedures. Pipe Fitters will handle pipe preparation, alignment, fitting, installation, and related piping activities. Helpers will assist skilled trades with material handling, tools, preparation, and general site duties, while Scaffolders will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely according to project requirements. Piping Foremen and Leadmen will coordinate piping teams, monitor work progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to project specifications. Welding, E&I, and Rigging Foremen will supervise their respective teams, coordinate daily activities, maintain safety standards, and communicate progress and requirements to project management.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Candidates should possess practical experience relevant to their selected trade and be capable of working safely in industrial and construction environments. Pipe Welders should have strong multi-process welding skills, while Rigger Level III applicants must hold the required TUV certification and understand safe lifting operations. Pipe Fitters and Scaffolders should be experienced in their respective trades, and Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting skilled workers. Supervisory candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, trade knowledge, team coordination, and site-management abilities. Importantly, all Foremen must hold NEBOSH, IOSH, BLS, and First Aid certifications. Candidates should also be prepared for long-term work, room-to-room assignments where specified, and the stated payment schedule.
