Trade Responsibilities and Project Work
MIG Welders will perform welding activities using appropriate MIG welding equipment, prepare joints and surfaces, follow welding procedures, and maintain required quality and safety standards. Mechanical Helpers will assist skilled mechanical workers by preparing tools and materials, supporting installation and maintenance activities, maintaining work areas, and performing general site assistance. 3G Welders will carry out vertical-position welding activities according to project specifications and approved procedures while maintaining proper weld quality and safety. Structure Fabricators will measure, cut, fit, assemble, and prepare structural components according to drawings and project requirements. All workers should coordinate with supervisors and other trades, use tools correctly, follow PPE requirements, and maintain safe working practices throughout the assignment.
Skills and Technical Requirements
