Manlift Operators are responsible for safely operating elevated work platforms used for construction, maintenance, and industrial activities. AGC Man Power Supply is urgently recruiting 20 Manlift Operators for long-term projects in Ras Al-Khair and Dammam. The role requires candidates who can operate equipment responsibly, follow site safety procedures, and support work at height. Applicants must hold the required IPAF and TUV certification and bring their original passport for verification before proceeding with the recruitment process.
Main Responsibilities and Work Duties
The Manlift Operator will inspect the equipment before operation, identify potential hazards, and ensure that the machine is suitable for the assigned task. Operators will position and operate the manlift according to approved procedures, maintain safe distances from structures and electrical hazards, and follow instructions from supervisors and site personnel. They must use appropriate safety equipment, control the platform carefully, and immediately report mechanical problems or unsafe conditions. Proper housekeeping around the equipment and compliance with site traffic and lifting rules are also important responsibilities.
Required Skills, Certification and Documents
Candidates should have practical experience operating manlifts or similar mobile elevated work platforms in industrial or construction environments. A valid IPAF TUV Card/Certificate is mandatory for this requirement. Operators should understand equipment controls, pre-use inspections, safe working-at-height practices, emergency procedures, and basic site safety requirements. The vacancy is open to Indian and Bangladeshi candidates. Applicants must bring their original passport along with normal employment documents and their IPAF TUV certification for verification.
