Key Duties & Responsibilities
HSE Officer
The HSE Officer will monitor workplace safety, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, ensure PPE compliance, and support toolbox meetings and safety briefings. The officer will also assist supervisors and workers in following approved safety procedures and report unsafe conditions when identified.
WPR & Fire Watch
The WPR will manage work-permit requirements and ensure that permitted activities are performed according to approved conditions and safety controls. The Fire Watch will monitor hot work areas for sparks, flames, and other potential fire hazards while maintaining readiness to respond to unsafe conditions. TUV is required for the advertised Fire Watch position.
Rigger III & Scaffolder
The Rigger III will assist with safe lifting and movement of equipment and materials, following approved rigging procedures and site instructions. The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding safely according to project requirements. TUV is required for both the Rigger III and Scaffolder positions.
Steel Fixer, Mason, Helper & Carpenter
Steel Fixers will prepare and install reinforcement according to drawings and measurements. Masons will perform blockwork, plastering, and related construction activities. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, loading, unloading, and general site duties. Carpenters will perform cutting, measuring, formwork, assembly, and other construction carpentry tasks.
Skills, Experience & Mandatory Requirements
Candidates should have relevant experience in their selected trade and be capable of working safely in an industrial shutdown environment. Technical workers should understand their respective tools, equipment, work procedures, and safety requirements. Applicants for HSE Officer and WPR positions should have suitable industrial experience, while candidates applying for Fire Watch, Rigger III, and Scaffolder must meet the stated TUV requirement. AJEER is mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates should also bring their original passport to the interview as instructed by the company.
