Key Responsibilities

HSE Officers will monitor workplace safety, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety regulations. They will prepare safety reports, conduct toolbox talks, and promote safe work practices across the project. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved procedures while maintaining safety standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, equipment movement, and other general site duties to support smooth project operations. All employees must follow company policies and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial construction or oil & gas projects. Candidates applying for the HSE Officer position must be Aramco approved and possess practical knowledge of industrial safety standards. Scaffolders should have experience in scaffolding installation and safe working practices, while Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing general labour tasks.
