HSE Manager, HSE Engineer & Work Permit Receiver
Middle East Friends Contracting (MEFCO) is recruiting experienced professionals for the Haradh GOSP-3 project in Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking qualified candidates for HSE management, engineering, and Work Permit Receiver positions. This six-month project offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with Aramco experience and strong safety management skills. Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities based on their assigned positions. HSE Managers will develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems, supervise safety teams, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with Aramco and project safety standards. HSE Engineers will monitor site safety activities, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and support the implementation of HSE procedures. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage the permit-to-work system, coordinate work permits with project teams, verify work authorization, and ensure all activities comply with site safety requirements.
All employees are expected to maintain high safety standards, prepare accurate reports, and contribute to the successful execution of the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields and possess excellent knowledge of industrial safety standards and project procedures. HSE Managers must have a minimum of 10 years of experience, while HSE Engineers require at least 5 years of experience. Work Permit Receiver applicants must be Aramco approved. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for all positions.
