Main Duties and Work Responsibilities

Helpers provide general support to electrical and construction teams on the solar project. Their duties may include moving materials, preparing work areas, assisting skilled workers, handling tools, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining clean and organized work locations. Electrical Foremen supervise electrical workers and coordinate daily activities, ensuring installation and maintenance tasks are completed according to project requirements and safety procedures. They may monitor manpower, inspect work progress, and coordinate with supervisors and engineers. Electrical Engineers are responsible for supporting the planning, execution, inspection, and technical coordination of electrical project activities.
