Job Duties & Responsibilities
Helpers will provide general support to workers and site teams by assisting with material handling, preparation, cleaning, and other assigned tasks. Roller Painters will prepare surfaces and apply paint using appropriate rollers and techniques, while candidates holding a JCC Card will work under the specific requirements of that project. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, position, and secure reinforcement steel according to drawings and site instructions. Plaster Masons will carry out plastering, surface preparation, finishing, and related masonry work. Cable Terminators will perform cable termination and associated electrical activities according to technical specifications and safety procedures. All employees are expected to follow supervisor instructions, maintain productivity, and comply with applicable site safety requirements.
Skills & Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have suitable practical experience for their selected position and be capable of working in a construction or project environment for the required long-term duration. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting site operations and assisting skilled workers. Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Plaster Masons, and Roller Painters should have hands-on experience in their respective trades and understand basic construction procedures.
