Job Overview
Helpers and Block Masons are essential members of construction teams working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Helpers assist skilled workers by handling materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting daily construction activities. Block Masons construct walls, partitions, and structural elements using concrete blocks and masonry materials while ensuring that work is completed according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Helpers will load and unload construction materials, assist supervisors and skilled workers, organize tools and equipment, maintain a clean worksite, and support daily project operations. Block Masons will prepare mortar, lay concrete blocks, align walls according to construction drawings, maintain quality workmanship, measure building layouts, repair masonry structures when required, and follow workplace safety regulations throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
