Job Overview
An Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation activities on industrial projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating daily work schedules, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. E&I Supervisors play a key role in maintaining reliable plant operations and supporting successful project execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will supervise electrical and instrumentation teams, assign daily work activities, monitor installation and maintenance work, inspect completed tasks, ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project standards, coordinate with project management, and maintain safety procedures throughout the project. They will also prepare progress reports, resolve technical issues, support commissioning activities, and ensure work is completed within project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience working as an E&I Supervisor on oil and gas or industrial projects. Candidates must possess the required documents, including Vendor Code, Iqama, CR, Muqeem, and Medical Certificate. Original passport is mandatory, as candidates without a passport will not be allowed to enter the project. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage field teams are essential. Applicants should also be prepared for room-to-room duty and immediate mobilization.
