Candidates will support different stages of construction and finishing work and should be prepared to follow site instructions, safety requirements, and project standards.

Main Responsibilities and Work Duties

Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, tool arrangement, cleaning, and general construction activities. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring stability and safe access. Concrete Masons will perform masonry and concrete-related work according to project requirements. Steel Fixers will cut, position, tie, and install reinforcement steel according to drawings and site instructions. Roller Painters will prepare surfaces and apply paint using rollers while maintaining proper finishing quality. All workers must follow safety procedures and coordinate effectively with supervisors.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected position. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices, while Concrete Masons and Steel Fixers should be familiar with construction materials, tools, measurements, and standard site procedures. Roller Painter candidates must have a valid JCC Card and practical experience in roller painting and finishing work. Helpers should be physically capable, hardworking, and willing to support skilled workers. Good discipline, teamwork, punctuality, and safety awareness are important for all positions.
