Flagmen at Fadhli will coordinate the safe movement of vehicles, machinery, and personnel during both day and night operations. Helpers will provide general assistance to skilled workers, including material handling, preparation, cleaning, and other site-support activities. Trade Experience and Requirements
Applicants should have practical experience appropriate to their selected position and be capable of working within an active construction environment. Skilled tradesmen should understand their respective work processes and be able to complete assigned tasks with reasonable accuracy and efficiency. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting general site operations and assisting trade workers as directed. Flagmen must be attentive and able to communicate clearly with drivers, operators, and site personnel.
