Key Responsibilities

Civil Foremen will supervise daily civil construction activities, assign tasks to workers, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications. They will coordinate with engineers and project supervisors, inspect completed work, maintain construction quality, and ensure materials and equipment are used efficiently.

The selected candidates will also enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct daily site briefings, monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure all construction activities comply with company standards. Maintaining proper communication with project management and ensuring timely completion of assigned work are essential responsibilities.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have previous experience working as a Civil Foreman on construction or industrial projects. Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage work crews effectively in a fast-paced environment.

BLS (Basic Life Support), OSHA, and First Aid certifications are required for this position. Applicants should also have normal employment documents and be physically fit to work on construction sites. This vacancy is open to Bangladeshi nationals only.
